FREE Delivery

Free delivery charge on all purchase of £100 or more. Normally all items will be despatched within 2 working days, however, we can despatch the item on the following day if you order before 12PM.  Large items are despatched via courier, smaller items may be despatched via Royal Mail.

There will be additional charges for delivery to off UK Mainland including Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands. Please call us on 020 8459 2458 for the additional rates.


If you require your item urgently, we can despatch on the same day of order, provided you order before 2pm.  We will deliver via courier for next working day.  Please call us on 020 8459 2458 for the additional rates.

Saturday Delivery

If you prefer to receive the item on a Saturday, we can offer a Saturday delivery courier for a fee of £20. Please select this at the checkout. The item will be couriered to arrive at your door on the next Saturday within. We guarantee a Saturday delivery if you order by 2pm on the Thursday before.

How delivery works

Your item will be delivered via a courier or a pallet service during the hours of 9am to 6pm.

Please provide a valid daytime telephone number and confirm the delivery address when you place your order. To enable speedy delivery please ensure you give us your full and correct UK postcode. All courier and recorded deliveries require a signature. If a signature is not available, the goods will be returned to a nearby depot.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of the product or you have provided an incorrect address or postcode or the item cannot fit through the access points to your property, we will require a redelivery fee before the item can be redelivered. Where items are on offer for free delivery, a minimum redelivery fee of £45 applies. Should you request for a return of the product and a refund, the refund will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. These items are often large. To ensure the item will fit through access points to the delivery address, check the dimensions information on the item's product information page.

Damage in  Transit

When you receive your delivery, you MUST open the boxes to inspect the item for any damage in transit in front of the driver before signing for the delivery.  If there is any damage, you must sign the delivery as "damaged in transit". You should then notify us (Tel: 020 8459 2458 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) within 24 hours.  You must follow this procedure for any potential damage in transit claim. 

Arrangement for delivery & installation

Delivery appointments are Monday–Friday between the hours of 07:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. If Saturday delivery option is selected, the delivery will be on the next Saturday between the hours of 08.00 hrs and 18:00 hrs.  

Installation (if applicable)

Where installation is required, you will be asked to sign an installation satisfaction note upon completion of the installation.  Please note that the installation of air conditioning units does not include redecoration.

All split air conditioning units contain F Gas and is govern by F-Gas regulations. All F-Gas units must be handle by qualified F-Gas engineers.
