FREE DeliveryFree delivery charge on all purchase of £100 or more. Normally all items will be despatched within 2 working days, however, we can despatch the item on the following day if you order before 12PM. Large items are despatched via courier, smaller items may be despatched via Royal Mail. There will be additional charges for delivery to off UK Mainland including Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands. Please call us on 020 8459 2458 for the additional rates. SAME DAY DESPATCH DeliveryIf you require your item urgently, we can despatch on the same day of order, provided you order before 2pm. We will deliver via courier for next working day. Please call us on 020 8459 2458 for the additional rates. Saturday DeliveryIf you prefer to receive the item on a Saturday, we can offer a Saturday delivery courier for a fee of £20. Please select this at the checkout. The item will be couriered to arrive at your door on the next Saturday within. We guarantee a Saturday delivery if you order by 2pm on the Thursday before. Your item will be delivered via a courier or a pallet service during the hours of 9am to 6pm. Damage in TransitWhen you receive your delivery, you MUST open the boxes to inspect the item for any damage in transit in front of the driver before signing for the delivery. If there is any damage, you must sign the delivery as "damaged in transit". You must follow this procedure for any potential damage in transit claim. Arrangement for delivery & installationDelivery appointments are Monday–Friday between the hours of 07:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. If Saturday delivery option is selected, the delivery will be on the next Saturday between the hours of 08.00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. Installation (if applicable)Where installation is required, you will be asked to sign an installation satisfaction note upon completion of the installation. Please note that the installation of air conditioning units does not include redecoration. |
