Professional Fit Air Conditioning SystemsOur split air conditioning systems are intended to be professionally installed. However, we have many customers who have found our systems easy to install themselves. This is because all our split air conditioners are pre-gassed with safe, legal gas refrigerants such as R410a and R407c. To validate your manufacturer's warranty on the product, you must have the system "commissioned" by a qualified air conditioning engineer. An engineer's commissioning report will be required during the claims process. Copper connection pipes are supplied pre-flared so that you do not require special flaring equipment during installation. Normally the copper connection pipes supplied are 5 meters in length, pre-lagged and pre-flared. The gas pressure has been set to meet the demands of a 5 meter pipe length. If you require the connection pipes to exceed 4 meters, we can supply you with a 5 meter or 10 meter connection pipe kits at an additional cost. DIY Easy Fit Air Conditioning SystemsIf you prefer to install your own air conditioning units, without the need for a qualified engineer's commissioning to validate the manufacturer's warranty, we recommend that you choose the DIY Air Conditioning units . These units come complete with the connection kit which is flexible and is a "snap on" system, allowing you to connect the units without professional connecting tools.
