Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition and unused. Returns should be made within 7 days, in the original, undamaged packaging.

You must notify us of the cancellation by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or fill in our Returns Form online of your intention to cancel within 7 working days of you receiving the item. Upon approval, we will issue a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the product.

Products must be returned in the original packaging with all components and accessories. Products must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product you must take care to do so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product) and must be re-packaged as received. Any 'free gifts' with the products must also be returned. A copy of the invoice or receipt must be provided before a returns number can be issued.

Products must be received by our Returns Department within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after this 7 day window.

We are unable to accept returns of the products that have been installed, fitted or used.

Returning the item

You must organise the return of unwanted items at your expense and risk upon us issuing a returns authorisation (RMA reference). We will not be held responsible for products damaged in transit on the return where return courier is arranged by you.

Products sent back without prior returns authorisation will be rejected.

Refunds

Due to the nature of air conditioning units, refund of the cost of the products is wholly conditional upon the conditions below being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the products by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

For Large and Heavy Products (exceeding 25kG):-

Products received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less £50 to cover the cost of delivery of the heavy item.
Products received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full invoice price less the cost of accessories and less £50 to cover the cost of delivery of the heavy item.
Products received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the products will be returned back to you at your cost.
No reduction will be made on delivery cost will be made to refund if the unit is returned owing to a defect.

Any refund due on cancellation will be processed within 30 days of notification of cancellation.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations is not affected.
